Quotes are generally accurate, but final pricing is determined after an on-site inspection during the first visit. If any adjustments are needed, we will inform you before starting service.
If you pause service for any reason, an initial cleaning fee may apply before resuming your monthly plan.
We process payments through our client portal, where you can easily manage your account. After speaking with a Swoop Scoop representative, our team will create your account and email you the login details.
Signing up takes less than two minutes. Inside the portal, you can access copies of all paid invoices, view past and upcoming services, and securely link your credit or debit card. Once your card is linked, we’ll automatically generate and process invoices on your behalf, sending you receipts for each payment.
Important:
Please ensure your card is linked to your account before our team arrives at your home. If it’s not connected, we will attempt to contact you and knock on your door. If we’re unable to reach you, your cleanup will be rescheduled for the next available date, which may be weeks away depending on the season.

No, you don’t need to be home during your cleanup. We just ask that your gate is easily accessible.
Absolutely! At Swiftly Scoopers, safety is our top priority. We sanitize all shoes and equipment with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs.
After completing the cleanup, we will dispose of it in your trash bin. If your bin is not accessible, we’ll securely double bag the waste and place it neatly by your gate.
