Our services and billing are always straightforward and simple to understand. You can cancel any time, and can even conveniently manage your month-to-month subscription and add-ons via your Customer Portal. We are here for you any time you need for any questions regarding how we can better your experience!
In order to prevent cross contamination between yards that might be caused by viruses and bacteria, we always spray down our boots and equipment with kennel grade disinfectant after each visit.
We will always give you a 60 minutes heads up before your scheduled service. We'll even take a photo of the latched gate and send it to you every time for peace of mind. You trust us to keep your yard clean for the health and safety of your family and pets- we take that seriously and will always do right by our customers.
